Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login and search some bugs.
2. In search result, quick click on edit button.
3.

Actual results:
Sometimes it will show a long warning message, sometimes it will show more than one line to edit.

Expected results:
Only show one line to edit this bug.

When first click on edit button, it will show more line. otherwise, it work normal.

A tip for devs:
After click that edit button in the buglist page,it need cost some seconds to load this bug's component, and if you click the the save button immediately without component loading completed, it would show this error.

Save button remains hidden until form has loaded.

This bug has been resolved in Red Hat Bugzilla 5 and can be tested on https://beta-bugzilla.redhat.com

If there are any issues, do not reopen this bug. Instead, you should create a new bug and reference this bug.
