Description of problem:
Like JIRA, when user login to bugzilla, there have a bit of white space in right.
Can we move 'My Bugs' here and show user recently bugs.
It may more useful.

I have hundreds of Bugs in My Bugs, some people have many more, it just end sup cluttering a page that is supposed to be a quick load.
