Description of problem:

Attempt to install bind-dyndb-ldap on Fedora rawhide fails.

How reproducible:

Deterministic.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. docker run --rm -ti fedora:rawhide dnf install -y -v bind-dyndb-ldap

Actual results:

Temporary patched build at http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=819290. Will rebuild again once 11.0 upstream is released.
