Description of problem:
Check pod with cpu limits set on web console, on the metrics tab, there is no donut icon shown in the cpu metrics chart.

openshift v3.4.0.28+dfe3a66


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create app with cpu/memory limit set from web console.
2.After pod is running, check on the pod metrics tab.
3.

Actual results:
2.there is no donut icon shown in the cpu metrics chart. Donut icon shows well in memory metrics chart.

Expected results:
2.Donut icon should show up in cpu metrics chart if cpu limit is set.

This has been merged into ocp and is in OCP v3.4.0.29 or newer.

Checked on OCP v3.4.0.29+ca980ba, now there is donut icon in cpu metrics chart, and the value in the donut changes normally according to usage.
The bug has been fixed, so move it to Verified.
