Description of problem:
In the latest Sat 5.8 compose the Insights service cannot make a test connection to the Red Hat Access Insights API.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On freshly installed Sat 5.8 server go to Admin -> Insights page.
2. Check "Enable Access Insights Service" and "Debug Mode", and press "Update"
3. Press the "Test Connection To Red Hat Access Insights API" button.

Actual results:
Red notification icon displayed with a message "Unable to connect to Red Hat Access Insights API"

Expected results:
Successful test connection

To extend the information - beside the test connection, Insights service doesn't work at all. After enabling the Insights service on the Satellite 5.8 and attempting to register a machine to Insights (machine is registered to the Satellite), there is the following output:

Tested the new version of Insights integrated into Satellite 5.8 Beta (Satellite-5.8-RHEL-6-20170118.0). Satellite is registered against Prod. When clicking the "Test connection to Red Hat Insights API" button, there is following message: "Unable to connect to Red Hat Servers. Please view the Test Connection Log below for more info."

Ok, according to https://access.redhat.com/products/red-hat-insights/#satellite5 this should work out of the box. Unfortunately, right now it doesn't.
