This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Subversion should recognize TLSv1.2

4. Why does the customer need this?

This is a PCI requirement and need to know how to get it working on RHEL7.2 as well as be able to work with the server from RHEL6

5. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
We can provide the test rpm packages which customer can check and verify in his environment.

6. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?
 I could not find this bug or patch.
