Please skip 10 and go directly to 11 rakudo-star-0.0.2016.11-1.fc25 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 25. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-5bcfb4f3fc rakudo-star-0.0.2016.11-1.fc25 has been pushed to the Fedora 25 testing repository.
