Description of problem:
The Fedora-Server-armhfp image fails to boot on a Raspberry PI 3.



Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora-Server-armhfp-25-1.3-sda.raw.xz



How reproducible:
Always



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the Fedora-Server-armhfp-25-1.3-sda.raw.xz image.
2. Flash it to an SD card: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Raspberry_Pi#Manual
3. Boot the SD card in a Raspberry PI 3



Actual results:
* On some tries, the screen turns black after booting the kernel and the screen goes into powersave mode.
* Mostly, booting stops at (see attached screen capture):
  fb: switching to vc4drmfb from simple
However, it never reaches the initial setup that should appear on the first boot.



Expected results:
Fedora should boot successfully.



Additional info:
* Monitor: Dell U2414H
* Connection: HDMI
* Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Sadly because the device does not finish booting or initializing the network, I can not log in to provide, for example, the "dmesg" output.
