Describe the issue:

10. Change the repositories in the Satellite web UI from 6.1 to 6.2.

    a. In the Satellite web UI, go to Content > Red Hat Repositories and select the RPM tab.
    b. Find and expand the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Product.
    c. Find and expand the Repository Set Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.1 (for RHEL X Server) (RPMs).
    d. Unselect Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.1 for RHEL X Server RPMs x86_64.
    e. Find and expand Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.2 (for RHEL X Server) (RPMs).
    f. Select Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.2 for RHEL X Server RPMs x86_64.

Suggestions for improvement:
10.c and 10.d cannot be done at this stage as the Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.1 repo would still be used by the published content views.  Katello does not allow deselecting of RH repos which are currently utilized by content views.

My opinion:
Remove 10.c and 10.d from this section and move them to Post-upgrade steps which should read - remove references to 6.1 tools in content views and then deselect this repo in Red Hat Repositories page.

As I have removed the troublesome steps, as per comment 2, I am going to clear the severity rating. I will add these optional steps in the new "Post Upgrade Cleanup" section sometime after BZ#1395315 is resolved.
