Seems to be fixed in QCI-1.1-RHEL-7-20161205.t.0-QCI-x86_64-dvd1.iso. RHV engine and hypervisor registered successfully, visible from Satellite. Verified in QCI-1.1-RHEL-7-20161212.t.2 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
