did you install NetworkManager-openconnect-gnome package? Created attachment 1222958 [details] screenshot of the error ( Error : unable to load VPN connection editor ) Settings - > Network -> + -> Cisco AnyConnect Compatible VPN ( Opeconnect ) workaround not working too nm-connection-editor happens on upgrade from fedora 24 to 25 , also on a fresh install.
