Description of problem:
Cannot create project on copr-dev (prod works):
$ copr --config ~/copr-dev-config create  --chroot fedora-25-x86_64 foo

Something went wrong:
Error: Non-admin cannot disable auto-prunning.

Oops, thank you. I will need to make frontend backwards compatible with current released versions of copr-cli.

Fixed by https://pagure.io/copr/copr/c/f14a880e3fe6eeba00f8c6d3550c057ba86c5aac?branch=master and deployed no dev. Thanks!
