Description of problem:
The change for Bug 1393542 removes access to three Bugzilla::User functions required to create an Agile team.

Easy

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try and create an agile team.

Actual results:
waaaah unknown function _user_to_hash

Expected results:
A shiny new Agile team.

Result: Pass
