Description of problem:

The font size in the email editor is significantly smaller than it should be.

The problem doesn't happen when browsing messages in the main window, only when
editing a message (new or reply). The font of the various fields (Subject, CC, etc..) is fine, only the actual body editor is problematic

The system is configured for no HiDpi but a text scaling factor of 1.5 (this is
what provides the best results on an X1 Carbon). It *looks* like the text scaling factor isn't applied properly to the font in the editor.

The problem happens in both Text and HTML mode.

This worked fine with Fedora 24 up to whatever latest version of evolution (or webkit in case the problem is webkit related) was there this morning before I did the upgrade to 25.

The problem can be reproduced for a brand new user after changing the font scaling factor with dconf-editor or gnome-tweak-tool.

The problem doesn't seem to happen on any other application (so far...) where it
didn't happen in Fedora 24.
