How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Manage cloud provider
2.On summary page, click on stacks
3.select few stacks and from configuration clicked on "Remove Orchestration stacks"

Actual results:
The page just refreshes without any flash message and stack is not deleted

Expected results:
Stack should get deleted

Tested on current master, cannot click on Stacks on Provider page, but delete Stacks via Cloud -> Stacks works well for me.
