Description of problem:
When we delete an alert and create new alert immediately failed. "Add a New Alert" not working until we click "Reload current display" button.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an alert (Control >> Explorer >> Alert >> Configuration >> Add a New Alert)
2. Delete the alert that we created on step #1 (Configuration >> Delete this Alert)
3. Now you will get an option to create new alert under Configuration button (Configuration >> Add a New Alert). But when we select this option nothing happened.
4. Once we click "Reload current display" button, everything works normal

Actual results:
Unable to create new alert, even though we have an option to select.

Expected results:
We should allow to create new alert when the option provided. We may reload the page programmatically, when user delete an alert.
