Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/actions with ja_JP locale.
2. Link labels 'Security', 'Availability', 'Stability', 'Performance' near pi chart at top of the page are not translated.
3. Heading like 'Featured Topics' and 'More Topics' are not translated.
4. Labels like 'Networking', 'Security', 'Availability', 'Stability' and 'Performance' and its related descriptions are not translated.

Actions page should now have translation keys for all entries
