Description of problem:
All entries in Past tab are not translated.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/planner/ with ja_JP locale.
2. Click on 'PAST' tab, page is completely untranslated. Please mark the possible entries for translation.


Actual results:
Translation not available

Expected results:
If possible please mark the entries for translation to get translated.

list item 'Past plans' is in english

Hi,
I have checked on https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/planner/
Now page translations are available, but list item 'Past plans(5)' is in English.
