Description of problem:
'edit' link label not translated and corresponding dialog box has untranslated labels and button names.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/overview/ with ja_JP locale
2. 'edit' link not translated on 'Latest' frame.
3. Click on 'edit' link, corresponding dialog box has untranslated entries for heading, labels and button names.

Actual results:
Translation not available.

Expected results:
If possible please mark the entries for translation to get translated.
