Description of problem:Under "Attach a Cloud volume to Instance" and "Associate Floating IP with this Instance" options are still available for Archived Instance.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.7.0.11-rc1.20161115160629_46cf4f1


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Compute --> Clouds --> Instances
2.Summary Page of Archived Instance, Click on Configuration
3.

Actual results:All options are enabled for Archived


Expected results:Some options must be disabled for Archived Instance.

I couldn't reproduce on master. Those options were disabled fine for me once the instance became archived.

I tried to reproduce on euwe as well, but I ended up hitting an unrelated problem, so I couldn't confirm that this either worked or didn't on euwe.

The CloudForms team is reviewing the current CloudForms Bug(defect) backlog in order to target engineering efforts.
