Feedback from Dan: 

"Looks like the Advanced Overcloud Guide needs a section for enabling monitoring tools, which just involves adding monitoring-environment.yaml to your "openstack overcloud deploy" command

So feel free to create a new chapter in the guide i.e. Monitoring Tools Configuration

Also if there are any configurable params for the monitoring tools, which should be included in the monitoring-environment.yaml file
