Description Andrew Dahms 2016-11-25 05:20:35 UTC
In Red Hat CloudForms 4.2, the previous 'Settings' menu has changed, and the settings under this menu are now found under the user name menu.

Assigning to Dayle for review.

Comment 2 Dayle Parker 2017-01-17 07:25:09 UTC
We need consensus on a name for this menu.

From a chat with Morgan Weetman, some additional notes:

"To view or modify global settings for your appliance, hover over the Settings menu and click the sub-tab My Settings to modify. Also depends on which user you are, for which menu you get. You must be a member of the Super Administrator group."

Comment 3 Dayle Parker 2017-02-01 03:52:05 UTC
In the last CloudForms docs team meeting, we agreed on calling out the change (and UI location) in one location per guide if needed, and name it the settings menu.

Depending on the user/group and its privileges, different menu options are available (to be noted in docs)
