Description of problem: The icon of the desktop icon now is too small. While in the upstream source larger graphics are included, also a salable one /usr/share/keepassx2/icons/application/scalable/apps/keepassx.svgz


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): keepassx-2.0.3-1.fc25.x86_64


How reproducible: Open de gnome-shell activities and type in 'keepass'. You'll see an icon that's noticeably pixelated compared to the other icons.

It would be nice if all the icons can be installed to /usr/share/icons/hicolor which are provided by the package (/usr/share/keepassx2/icons/application/{128x128, 16x16,22x22,24x24,256x256,32x32,48x48,64x64,scalable}). On a full-hd display the default icon (/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/keepassx2.png) is really pixelated.

Until the icons are copied over while installation of keepassx2 you can do something like this:

cp /usr/share/applications/keepassx2.desktop $HOME/.local/share/applications/

and change the line 'Icon=keepassx2' to 'Icon=keepassx' in the $HOME/.local/share/applications/keepassx2.desktop.

Is there any reason why the .spec do

mv %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/keepassx.png %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/keepassx2.png

instead of just using 'Icon=keepassx' in the keepassx2.desktop since these icons are already installed by cmake? Or should all sizes be moved by the .spec to 'keepassx2.png'?
