Description of problem: Navigating through different CFME pages I can't help but notice inconsistency between them such as Control-(Explorer, Simulation, Import/Export, Log)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.7.0.12


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.provision appliance
2.nav through Control-Simulation


Actual results:Each page has a different layout with missing header


Expected results:Similarity between pages


Additional info:Throughout cfme each page generally has a header then simple layout of lists or functions. 

Now the Explorer page seems to hold these characteristics, but Simulation seems to lose everything, there is no consistency here and it almost looks like the page is broken. Moving on to Import/export, this is also missing the normal header we see but it does have a title instead. Finally the Log page has both, it brings back the header and below that it also has a title.
