Description of problem:
i lost all my bash history once i began the upgrade process

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
f25

How reproducible:
i upgraded already. cant reproduce

bash history lost

bash history is kept

happened on my 2 f24 to f25  machines

bugzilla is an irritating nag!!

this issue was closed on 2017-02-11 and i get emails for outstanding requests up till now?!
