Section Number and Name: New Section (What your storage provides) 

Describe the issue: We don't document what the storage we provide with Dedicated is capable of or limited to. For example with with AWS block storage and the provisioner we use, you are limited to ReadWriteOnce and ReadOnlyMany access modes, for this storage provider. see http://kubernetes.io/docs/user-guide/persistent-volumes/#access-modes

Suggestions for improvement: Document what the storage we provide is capable of and what it is limited to.

 * Added table for access modes supported by different PVs.
 * Included related information for Online and Dedicated versions.
 * Added information to address bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1402146
