Description of problem:
when creating multiple VM's with pool it's not so convenient to start all the VMs at once, we should have the possibility to start the VM's in the pool right after the VM created (as part of the pool)

Doesn't sound too interesting. There is a mass operation available in UI. There is a prestarted option for the whole pool. 

I'll leave it around if anyone else wants to review this, but I suggest WONTFIX
