Description of problem:
I have encountered a bug that is fixed upstream. (Debian bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=780246 ). It's a bug in the perl bindings that breaks git-svn for huge repos. I have compiled an updated RPM with from the SRPM, and it indeed fixes my issue.
