Flipper isn't part of cinnamon package so isn't fixable here. Created attachment 1226254 [details] video of the bug Description of problem: Since today, Cinnamon Flipper started to move the normal panel ( Windowlist, Faststarticons etc. ) to the top instead of staying at the bottom, while the 3D Cube Transition is done. Just watch the attached video. BTW: what you see is a bug if the X11-screengrab, that happens only with cinnamon as desktop. If GNOME is running, it does not happen. For further details, try the ffmpeg you see in the video ( right side ) for yourself and have something in fullscreen overlay like a game or a video. It looks like both frame layers are fighting which one is in front of the other.
