Description of problem:

Currently, heketi-cli provides an option "--json" to print the responses in JSON format. Similarly, heketi-cli should also provide a flag to print response as YAM. IMO, YAML is visually easier to look at and so it's better for human-maintained files, specially a topology file with multiple nodes and devices. 

Once we have this --yaml flag in heketi-cli, users will also get an option to write their topology files in YAML format and load it for creating the cluster.

There was a plan to remove the 'json' support from the cli. More or less, the heketi-cli is kind of getting less importance from CNS product POV. So this may not be a good candidate for CNS 3.4 release at least.
