Description Rex Dieter 2016-11-30 17:42:13 UTC
kdelibs/kssl bits FTBFS against openssl-1.1

I'll have to try a fresh(er) build, koji logs for the failed ones have been scrubbed

Comment 1 Rex Dieter 2016-11-30 17:46:18 UTC
arg, add FTBFS due to moc-qt too

Comment 2 Rex Dieter 2016-12-05 13:18:46 UTC
openssl is tracked elsewhere, bug #1394233

Comment 3 Rex Dieter 2016-12-05 13:25:05 UTC
here's one specific error:

/usr/include/QtWebKit/qwebpage.h:52: Parse error at "defined"
automoc4: process for /builddir/build/BUILD/kdelibs-4.14.26/i686-redhat-linux-gnu/kdewebkit/kwebview.moc failed: Unknown error

Comment 4 Rex Dieter 2016-12-07 17:48:44 UTC
fyi, kdelibs currently omit webkit support to workaround this, until fixed properly

Comment 5 Kevin Kofler 2016-12-07 18:47:32 UTC
I object to this kind of "fix". This tends to get forgotten and break things. I'd rather the package stay broken until fixed properly.

Comment 6 Rex Dieter 2016-12-08 13:00:06 UTC
It won't be forgotten, that's why this bug is still open.

IMNSHO, we should not block rawhide builds (and dependencies) indefinitely

Comment 7 Rex Dieter 2016-12-09 05:00:24 UTC
Succeeds now, webkit support restored
