since recent update

Steps to Reproduce:
1.cd /var/lib/hsqldb/lib
2.ls -l servlet.jar
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 11 Feb  4  2016 servlet.jar -> servlet.jar
3.

Actual results:

lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 11 Feb  4  2016 servlet.jar -> servlet.jar

Expected results:

Certainly not the above.

Additional info:

No systems should have broken symlinks - the packages that need them should create & remove them.
