Description Vladimir Dulava 2016-12-01 14:12:06 UTC
Created attachment 1226834 [details]
screenshots

Description of problem:
Download links on Errata page not working correctly.
E.g. on the https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2016:2780 on the Updated Packages tab, there should be working links for the packages. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't. Please check attached printscreens.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
N/A

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open private session in Chrome or Firefox
2. Go to https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2016:2780 before you login.
3. Go to Updated packages - they aren't clickable as expected because you aren't logged in.
4. Now login and repeat point 3. - the packages still aren't clickable.
I've tried it several times with Firefox and Chrome, normal and anonymous window, without and with browser cache cleared, several browser addons enabled/disabled, also on different computer - doesn't seem to have any effect. Cca 1 try out of 10 was successful.

Actual results:
Links to packages clickable, packages downloadable via the errata page.

Expected results:
Links not clickable in most of the cases.

Additional info:
Please check the attached screenshots.

A fix for this issue was released to Production last week. The Errata pages were not respecting the log in to the Customer Portal unless that user had a token specifically for Unified Downloads. The pages are now checking for a Portal token and granting a Unified Downloads token, if present.
