Red Hat Certificate System relies on the pki-core package in RHEL for much of it's core functionality.  The upcoming version of RHCS (which will be based off of RHEL 7.4) is planned to go through Common Criteria validation.  It is expected that changes will be required in pki-core based off of findings by the validation lab.  This bug should cover any of these changes that arise during the development cycle.
