Description of problem:
When tried to register system form GUI,after clicking Register button with valid server url, the registering window appeared before the login window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install build RHEL-6.9-20161201.0
2.Open the GUI and try to register
#subscription-manager-gui
3.click Register button,input valid server url (subscription.rhsm.stage.redhat.com:443/subscription)
4 click Next button,the registering windows appears

Actual results:
the registering windows appears before the login window

Expected results:
after click the Next button,it should be better to turn to the login window directly，and then begin registering

This is an expected behaviour. As shown in the screen shot, we are now validating the connection ("Validating connection") info just submitted on the prior screen. Note: The validation logic is not net new. The visibility of the dialog (representing the time taken to validate) is new. Previously the registration screen was momentarily frozen following entry of server info.

The new behaviour fixes bug 1268033.
