We should drop this patch:

  glibc-aarch64-tls-fixes.patch

It's no longer required due to upstream fixes.  See bug 1400347 comment 5.

We likely should also drop glibc-aarch64-workaround-nzcv-clobber-in-tlsdesc.patch or upstream it.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.
