Description of problem:
If you try to validate Rhevm infra provider with wrong credentials, you will get 'Credential validation was not successful: version 3 of the api is not supported by the provider' which does not make any sense.

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add new provider screen
2.Fill bad credentials
3.Validate credentials

Actual results:
Error message 'Credential validation was not successful: version 3 of the api is not supported by the provider'

Expected results:
Any message about credentials instead api version
