Description Jerome Marc 2016-12-02 20:40:25 UTC
Description of the RFE:
cloud-init can be used today for running scripts in the post-provisioning step of a VM/instance provisioning. I want to be able to run scripts on existing VMs or perform day 2 operations from a VM button in CloudForms. Amazon EC2 Run Command provides this ability and it would be great to have it available from CloudForms.

Note: This was requested by a prospect at AWS re:Invent. Running scripts on guests is possible today using Ansible Tower native integration. However this requires an extra subscription for Tower.
