Description of problem:

In my Fedora 25 install, I can't pull docker images from quay.io. Pulling from docker hub works.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

docker.x86_64 2:1.12.3-10.git7b5044b.fc25

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf install docker
2. sudo systemctl start docker
3. sudo docker pull quay.io/rust/rust-buildbot

Actual results:

Using default tag: latest
Trying to pull repository quay.io/rust/rust-buildbot ... 
json: cannot unmarshal bool into Go value of type docker.APIErrors

Expected results:

Image successfully fetched.

Tony this is a duplicate of the bug you already fixed correct?

It is, already fixed, I'm rebuilding Docker in F25 right now but Koji has weird issues today. I'll link this bz in the bodhi update though.
