Nikhil, I'm not able to reproduce the bug. During the ipa-replica-install step, the installation stops in the step 5. I'm using the abc labs. Time showed that we did not have such capacity, nor have it now nor will have in the foreseeable future. In such a situation keeping it in the backlog is misleading and setting the wrong expectation that we will be able to address it. Unfortunately we will not. To reflect this we are closing this BZ. Setup ipa-server without DNS using ipa-server-docker image on atomic host. 2. Use same ip-server-docker image to configure replica server, but the replica server is setup using DNS, CA, Forwarder, domain-name. 3. Notice the installation process Actual results: Atomic installation process for ipa-replica-install command fails with "syntax error" message. ##################################### Global DNS configuration in LDAP server is empty You can use 'dnsconfig-mod' command to set global DNS options that would override settings in local named.conf files incorrect section name: 1x.x.x.x syntax error ##################################### Expected results: No error message should be observed and ipa-replica installation process should complete. Additional info: 1. The container for ipa-replica server can be started successfully. 2. The replica server within container can be accessed.
