Description:
Create such bunch of volumes to exceed allowed limit of volumes on Openstack and take a look at result alert message

Actual results:
see attach

Expected results:
Should be something more friendly, for example
"Maximum number of volumes allowed (10) exceeded for quota 'volumes'."
