Description of problem:
Updating dnf pulls in bash-completion.  This should not happen. I don't have bash-completion installed and I don't want it.

Just updated to Fedora 24 and noticed this.

This is coming from the line "Recommends:     bash-completion" in the dnf spec file.  Remove this line.
