Created attachment 1228413 [details] foreman-debug Description of problem: After updating the packages to the latest version (6.1.10 installed since 27.10.2016) the upgrade procedure fails. All recommendation for error handling are "not working" (Even recommendations on access (approved)) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.1.10 How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Apply all updates available 2. Execute katello-installer --upgrade 3.
