As a workaround, are they able to use Tags to assign different rates per different providers? The issue is not with the assignation of the rates but with not being able to retrieve and use information about storage allocation form openshift. 5.6.3.3 is also showing the same limitation. Looking at the details of this BZ, it's not clear whether the issue is that a) rates cannot be assigned to allocated storage on OCP, b) rates can be assigned but allocated storage in not being reported for chargeback or c) rates can be assigned but allocated storage is not collected by the OCP provider. Can you please clarify?
