The gchemtable.desktop has line:

Keywords=chemistry;Mendeleiev;periodic table;Icon=gchemtable

which should actually be:

Keywords=chemistry;Mendeleiev;periodic table;
Icon=gchemtable

otherwise, its showing generic executable icon in the desktop
