Description of problem: The current version of the certification test suite user guide does not mention USB 3.1 devices nor does it provide specific guidance about the new 3.1 standard.

I would like to see new descriptions relating to USB 3.1 and specifically how the testing of 3.1 ports is expected to be conducted and what the expected results are.

As it is now, there are no public guidelines that I've seen.
