Description of problem:

UI tries to load all the Azure virtual machines at once and thus takes up at times more than 1 min for the UI to load the virtual machines page.

Azure virtual machines page should limit the no of vm entities visible,
it should be similar to the CR rhevm.

Actual results:
Azure Virtual Machines page loads all of the vm entities at once and thus takes time in loading the page.

Expected results:

Azure Virtual Machine should load limited not of vm entities, it should be similar to the way RHEVM/Ovirt Compute Resource displays the virtual machines.
