Description of problem:
Upstream issues: Race condition in Docker 1.12.1 between create-container and upload-to-container when using a volume.  Also, mounts behavior differs between 1.10.3 and 1.12.

Works fine in docker-latest-1.12.5-9.el7.x86_64, move to verified
