There is new URL to MikMod homepage:
http://mikmod.raphnet.net/

Please add it to spec file.

2.
There is also bad (old) URL in Source0: please update it to new:
http://mikmod.raphnet.net/files/mikmod-%{version}.tar.gz

Please consider updating (after you've already updated libmikmod)
MikMod to newer version 3.2.1, this version has fixed all bugs that
are patched durring rpm build.

3.
In spec file license of MikMod is marked as LGPL, but MikMod is
licensed under GPL (only libMikMod is under LGPL).

Spec file stuff fixed, will be in future builds.
