Hello,

man-db is not the right component for this type of bug.
You should check which package is a man page part of:

$ rpm -qf /usr/share/man/man1/dig.1.gz 
bind-utils-9.10.4-2.P4.fc24.x86_64

So in this case the correct component is bind.

However this issue is already reported in bug #1400526, so I'm closing this as duplicate.
